Cable seal is a kind of lead seal product. Its characteristic is that it can only be used once, so it is also called disposable lead seal. But their nature is the same. What I want to introduce here is the use tutorial of Cable seal. The use process is very simple. As long as you have seen this tutorial, you will use it.
1. Select a suitable place, check whether the keyhole of the Cable seal is blocked, whether the lock cylinder is rusted, and then check whether the plastic head is seriously deformed. If it is seriously deformed, it can not be used.
2. After the inspection, the Cable seal can be inserted. When inserting, pay attention to passing through the keyhole. The fingers can feel the obvious locking force of the steel ball and make a crisp sound. It should be noted that if there is no obvious steel ball clamping force and clear sound when the Cable seal passes through, it indicates that there is rust or steel ball displacement inside the Cable seal, which will be a useless Cable seal.
3. After the Cable seal is worn, pay attention to the length of the insertion. This length cannot be too long or too short. If the length of the Cable seal is too long, it will be more troublesome to destroy the Cable seal in the later stage. If the distance of the Cable seal is too short, it will not be able to ensure whether the Cable seal effectively locks the Cable seal. So both are indispensable. After the wire seal is used, it can only be cut with wire pliers.
